Rodney Concrete is actively seeking skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team. Here are some of the key roles we regularly recruit for:
1. Concrete Layers and Formwork Carpenters
Experience in placing, finishing, and forming concrete is essential. We’re looking for tradespeople familiar with reinforcement placement, formwork systems, and safe worksite procedures.
2. Apprentice Concrete Workers
Ready to launch your career? Join our apprenticeship program to learn the ropes from experienced professionals while earning and developing a solid trade foundation.
3. Site Foreman – Concrete Construction
Take the lead on residential and commercial projects. Ideal candidates will have leadership experience, strong coordination skills, and a background in concrete or general construction.
4. Excavator and Machinery Operators
We regularly require experienced operators for diggers, bobcats, trenchers, and compaction equipment. A solid understanding of site prep, earthworks, and utility awareness is a must.
5. Concrete Finishers
Detail-focused finishers who can deliver clean surfaces, exposed aggregate, broom textures, or stamped patterns are in high demand.
6. Steel Fixers and Reinforcement Workers
Help reinforce the structural integrity of our concrete pours by accurately placing mesh, rods, and rebar. Must be able to interpret plans and work to spec.
7. Landscaping & Hardscaping Team Members
If you’ve got skills in garden edging, paving, timber structures, or decorative retaining walls, our landscaping team wants to hear from you.
